Update tubbutec os OSX

Sorry for what may be a stupid question but how can I update my firmware on OSx please?

I am suffering from the stuck Key transpose button on all the time

Hi,

unfortunately the tubbutec update tool does not work on osx due to a incomplete midi implementation in java in osx.

We are however currently working on a new version of the tool that will be compatible to osx

maybe you can find someone with a pc?

Is this new updater compatible with 10.6.8?
I cant get the installer to open on my system that all.

the firmware updater now supports osx 10.6.7 and newer:

This has been tested on osx 10.6.7
