[SH-1oh1] Bug: Key Transpose odd behavior with MIDI IN data

I noticed Key Transpose button behaves oddly when MIDI note sequence is being sent to SH-1oh1. This makes it difficult to transpose external sequences unless they are very slow tempo.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Press and hold external MIDI controller key
2) Press and hold Key Transpose button
3) Press and release different SH-101 key
4) Release external MIDI controller key while Key Transpose button is still pressed

Issue: Key Transpose button stays lit and note is stuck on.

Build: SH-1oh1 v1.0
