ModyPoly upgrade – VCO lights not firing

Hey everyone,

Today I installed the ModyPoly mod upgrade in my Japanese model MonoPoly. I haven’t yet connected the filter or pitch bend wires, just the main board.
Tested the midi in and out which work great.

But now I have this issue – the lights for the VCO’s are no longer firing.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Does anyone have any clue what would be causing this to happen?
