Juno 66 Filter Distortion

hi,
i installed the CPU and now i´m having some problems with the filter.

when the filter is open the sound is clear, but when i´m sliding the filter fader down the signal gets crispy and distorted.

Hi,

did you install the orange filter cable? If so, could you post a picture of your soldering work?

Also post pictures of your installed Juno-66 and the underside of the CPU socket.

If you can, put back the original CPU and see if the problem persists.

In your deleted post you stated, that you used the red cable instead of the orange one to control the filter. Yes this is most certainly the reason for your problem. The red cable is for pitch bend control. (As stated in the installation manual)
