Hi,
the SH-1oh1 can sync to clock and midi. It can not however convert a
cv-clock to a midi clock as the midi clock is much faster then the
analog one.
If you want to use your TR-606 as Master, there is specialized gear to
convert its DIN-SYNC clock to a Midi Clock, such as

or – if you want to use a trigger instead of DIN-SYNC:

if the TT303 has a DIN Sync input, then you could also just connect
TR-606 –> TT303 via DIN SYNC, and use the TR606 Trigger outs to clock
the SH-1oh1
