Thanks a lot for the fix. I’ve updated the 66 with 1.27, however I’m not sure it went through, as the Juno doesn’t show any sign while receiving the update nor it restarts once the update is completed, so I only assume it went well (is there a way to check what’s installed?)

The original issue seems fixed, at least from a quick look I took at it. But now it created another critical issue…

– Set the ARP to Up/Down, 1 OCT
– Push any key
Result: The ARP plays: , D#4, , D#4, , D#4…
Expected:
, , , , ,
This is a regression issue and seems very critical.

– Set the ARP to Up/Down, 2 OCT
– Push the C4 key
Result: The ARP plays C4, C5, C4, C5… this works as expected.

– Now set ARP to Up/Down, 3 OCT
– Push the C4 key
Result: The ARP plays C4, C5, C5, C4, C5, C5, C4, C5, C5, C4….. (it repeats the top C twice)
Expected is: C4, C5, C4, C5, C4, C5, C4, C5…. This how the Jupiter 8 I checked behaves.

Also:

The J66 ARP seems to still produce uneven patterns, such as ones containing 11 notes instead of 12, and 15 notes instead of 16, when the top C key is involved (i.e played).

For example:
– With ARP set to up/down and OCT2, play F3, A3, C4, F4, A4, C5. The pattern will miss one C5 note and will play 15 notes per loop instead of 16:
F3, A3, C4, F4, A4, C5, F4, A4, C5, A4, F4, A4, F4, C3, A4
When it should play:
F3, A3, C4, F4, A4, C5, F4, A4, C5, A4, F4, C5, A4, F4, C3, A4

or:
– With ARP set to up/down and OCT2, play F3, C4, F4, A4, C5. The pattern will miss one C5 note and will play 11 notes per loop instead of 12:
F3, C4, F4, A4, C5, F4, C5, F4, A4, F4, C4
When it should play:
F3, C4, F4, A4, C5, F4, C5, F4, C5, A4, F4, C4

This is verified vs the Jupiter 8.

May you please be able to take a look at this and hopefully get it sorted?

Thank you so much.
